Group training for the City Run BaselWould you like to take part in the City Run Basel? Are you looking to prepare for the event in the optimum way? Are you keen to improve your personal best? The Laufsportverein Basel will help you achieve your targets.
Irrespective of whether you are a beginner or an experienced runner, we are offering the popular City Run training service in conjunction with the Rennbahn Sports Clinic in Muttenz.
Over a period of seven weeks in the run-up to the event, you can train twice a week at the appropriate level. Benefit from structured training plans, expert running instructors, and great training partners as you seek to get the most out of the City Run Basel.

TrainingTraining will begin on Tuesday, 15 October 2019 at the entrance to the main stand of the Rankhof Stadium. You can sign up even after the training programme has started.
Training timesAll training sessions start at 6:30 p.m. Changing facilities and showers are available on site. Anyone wishing to change before training should adjust their arrival time accordingly.
Performance levelsThe training sessions will be split into different groups to reflect the different performance levels, from beginner to accomplished runner.
